dunno-what-to-name
the title line and my previous post would make you wonder what I'm upto! If not, then you should soon reach out to a psychiatrist.. or may be an astrologist to get tips on how to grow your thinking line as huge as a banyan tree!
For the past 1 year, I was caught in the hands of a lady animal, as crude as a mother-in-law who comes in this story which you would've read in newspapers often.. "girl set herself on fire... prolonged harassment by mother-in-law!". No, you are wrong! I'm still single. I'm freed from my previous house owner Bit**! Now New place, new roomies, very good food. May be I'll blow up a lil more in the next few months, Hope so.. Need to get married yaar; For how long only can I be single :D So tough you know!!
How tough is telling a 'no' to people. that too to somebody whom you are really close and show utmost respect to! I'm not able to believe when some story like 'RHTDM' happens with myself. No, the guy aint Madhavan, for I'm not Diya:p but ya.. better than him in all possible ways! Me like a fish out of water. I used to wonder when people say that they are not able to have good sleep, proper food and blah-blah if they are really crazy enough to do all that. Now I wonder if this is called being closer to this four letter word H-E-L-L!
One thing I can beat upon is that few people say on few things that they would never do it, but nobody can ever be stubborn with this funda. Every damn soul on earth is pushed to a situation where they have to break this ward and come out doing what they beat once that they would never do it on earth!
Yet another farewell, my lovely way of referring him 'macha'. Gone for his MBA to SIBM. A meaningful mail he wrote to me when I asked him why would he go for this institute and that if he is like a dog starving for the bone, just getting in somewhere while he deserves something bigger than this. Though I know his lovely character before, the mail increased my love and respect towards him. Lots of people live a real meaningful life too not like just for the heck of it!
check this out: we gifted him a Fast Track watch on his farewell. we love you mann! miss you lots.

There is this guy here who is now a father of a 3rd child! For the first 2 kids my manager sent a mail to the team saying that 'Mr.X is blessed with a baby so n so. congrats'. But this time nobody seemed to ever remember and our Mr.X mailed all of us himself saying that 'My wife delivered a baby blah-blah'. I'm sorry, not tryin to make fun. Just that when things happen repetitively people tend to forget the importance of it and this case its really too much!! Loll :))
I see this guy and wonder always why dont I write a post which speaks on one single thing! Tough to achieve it, anyways will keep trying. Hey I'm not a jealous goose :|

Keep Jumping.. Keep Beating!!
For a change I've decided to put up a health tips column here!
So.. check this out. a forward which I got over the mail..
The content of the forward went like this..
Dear Friends,
Just check this out and think about your healthy body......
The Organs of your body have their sensory touches at the bottom of your foot.
Typically they are shown as points and which organ it connects to. If you massage these points, you will find relief from aches and pains as you can see the heart is on the left foot.
It is indeed correct since the nerves connected to these organs terminate here.
This is covered in more details in Acupressure Studies and Natural Health Textbooks.
God created our body so well. He made us walk so that we will always be pressing these pressure points and thus keeping these organs activated healthy "if we are walking regularly at all times".
Keep Walking!

Take Care!

Summer.. Where are my holidays!!??
These days I'm being way too jobless. Around 2 weeks back, I was jam packed with work that I could not even take out time to breathe happily. Now the project has come to an end, so I'm in dunno-ho-long-to-wait state! Trying to do some self study and learning though being like this I'm not really for it :| So what! I'm spending more time blogging. A never ending story, life of too many people who belong to different race, style, culture. Lacs of views, thoughts, ideas, opinions and what not! I'm liking it!
And this is now summer, every school-going kid is in the state of immense pleasure waking-up late and no school, no books, no teachers, no rank sheets. I miss those wonderful days when I used to hide my mathematics book to escape from the tuition classes which my no-holiday-giving-guru used to conduct even in summer :( though we plan and escape to my granny's house only to have this luxury of living in a 3 storeyed building, running to the terrace to watch those planes, knowing that Maniratnam is sure gonna direct a movie called Rang-de-Basanti within a short period of 10 years, to give him a front page scene we used to jump and try over to touch these planes when they cross just above our lil heads! play the most traditional Indian game which any highly disciplined people would play with granny, grandpa, amma, mausi, aunty with 52 cards till late in the night. Rent the Hamam girl's chotu cycle from the cycle-wala who had his shop for rent in our home, ride it like Michael Schumacher to teach the cycle-wala 'parts of a cycle' lesson! I can count the number of time I would have seen the sunset in the past one year, I miss those lovely evening walk in the Besant nagar shore pinching the tails of those butter biscuit eating dogs which travel in A/C car.
Now I think like this and pass my days "If you carry your childhood with you, you never become older -Abraham Sutzkever"
Most of my summer now goes in "improving my digital and analog skills, for an Engineer to survive these skills are way too important" for this is the comment my so-called supervisor had given in my last appraisal!
One other friend cum colleague of mine got engaged recently. There's this guy who had a huge crush on this girl and who is a good friend of mine! We both decided to go to the venue together. When he came to my place to pick me up he gave a comment on my make-up 'U look good while coming to office yaar!' What to say.. I kept wiping my face all the way till we reached the hall. Embarrassing comment yet so polite :p (that's how I consoled myself) But many over the party commented that I was looking good.. ok!!!??
Reading a series of Sydney Sheldon novels! I wonder why this person doesn't know to write a story without involving se*, whereas these novels are this popular may be only because of this matter inside!! I manage to finish 1 book per day. But that doesn't mean this matter inside is making me read at the rate of air!

Home Sweet Home :)
This post is on the new house which I had bought recently. I had mentioned the same in this blog few days back.
So i had gone home over a long weekend 2 weeks back and could capture some part of my dream house with a Canon cam that 'v' had got from his US trip. Now don't let your dream horse fly & imagine this Asian paints ad, 'new house, new cam.. ...' there's nothing like that, cam he bought it for himself:( i think its a 6mega pixel one, so slim n cute, awesome clarity and i simply love it!
Find some of the pics below:
Entrance:

Living room:

Dining hall:

This is the first property which I have bought on my own after I started earning. Ours is a small family of 4 including me & my sis, this house is the only biggest asset for us today! I'm too emotional about it for each piece of the house tells me how/what all i had to go through to bring up this! I know I speak more like this usual senti characters that appear in Karan Johar stories that he might come to me for his next movie. So why to upset the dream of many guys in my company, let me stay here only :D
Area: 885 sq ft - 900rs/sq ft
Now if I come to the 'M vitamin, It costed me around 8.5L (so you can imagine which city I would have bought it at;)) wherein 7L is from the home loan by ICICI, Floating interest started with 9.25% in Nov '06 and now its floated upto 10%, tenure is 20 years. One greatest benefit out of this is the whole amount gives us tax exemption, therefore this year I would tend to pay only half of the amount what I would actually have to pay.
Few of my friends ask me why did I go for floating, this is cuz of 2 things:
1. The fixed interest rate was considerably high around 13% whereas floating was only 9.25% while I took.
2. I was told that anytime I wish, I can convert it into fixed anytime. So my mom suggested to go for floating for the time-being and once it soars to 13%, convert it into fixed!
I found this idea better and went for floating. But now the biggest doubt is the time I wish to go for fixed, would they give me the with 13% interest, cuz when floating interest goes high, even fixed will increase. So now God knows what! Let it be that anda-ka-kasam matter, I don't wanna think bout it!
Also few told me that HDFC had got good deals and that Home loan = HDFC. But I did not find things that I found convenient about ICICI. Another colleague of mine has recently taken HDFC home loan and he said its good, his is again floating but the interest is 11.5% :o
I think 3-5 years down the line, one should be a crorepathi to buy a property particularly! ATB for all the future crorepathis!! ;)
