(W) eekend/aynad

after my pathetic trip to coorg, went on a really outrageous trip last weekend!
I really loved this place. total 9 of us, tat shud be an obvious no, considering the fact that i prefer traveling by car (most times qualis) Planning & arrangement was done by another friend of ours, so was quiet a costly trip. stayed in woodlands inn.
Remarkable place was Yedakkal caves, an awesome, breath-taking trek! It seems the place was named after an earthquake which caused a huge rock struck between 2 other rocks. Otherwise was a huge mountain, which is 5000ft high from mean sea level. crude way to climb up. it was getting hot like furnace by around 11AM itself, was wearing black-t and so i came out like a fried chicken. i cant get the pics explain you better, cuz it'll just be a mountain, you can come back and ask if i had juz taken it from some website!
next was a falls called Meenmutti falls... but it wasn't like we were going towards water, cuz we never reached the falls. While going from B'lore, we heard that people cant get into this falls. but after going there, the localites told us that there will be guides and they'll take us through short cut so then we can reach the water and get into the water directly! we couldn't deny believing it, so we took a guide. the short cut route was really horrible to climb, you need to have a very good grip in ur foot/shoes cuz the way was full of hot dry sand and it was very much slippery. still 8 of us were climbing with much difficulty.
But there were 2 culprits,
one was this female who thinks that she has been living a queen's life and that she has never put her foot on the ground it seems! she was crying, cribbing the guide and what not. poor guide, i pity him. looking at us, he must have thought that we're youngsters and so can climb without any prob and in full josh, (of course he must've been thinking that he can make nice money too) and took us into that forest. but it was juz totally opposite.
i couldn't really see his(guide's) face when these people were shouting at him! He couldn't leave it all and go, cuz he'll be losing cash, he must also be concerned that he shouldn't leave us in the middle of some forest and go, though we were in a position to trace back the route. Anybody after getting such humiliations from another human wouldn't prefer being there in that place. Sorry mann! I apologize for it all. Be careful next time!
the other was this fellow who never does any kind of adventures in life, but that day was in full enthu, like this cat which sees the milk. he was walking while the guide was with the queen trying to bring her up safely and few of us were following him. after reaching some point, we said lets sit here and wait for the queen to reach down. by then there was a set of guys who were crossed us and went down, within no time they came back saying it was a dead end and so we need to take a different route. they were all climbing up while we were watching them, it was a really narrow route, only one foot can be kept at a point of time, the other side there was nothing. if you juz slip by mistake also gone will you be, 600-700ft down i guess! that was the last point, there were few rulers who decided to come back! Over is the falls story turning into a trek story!
thats it for day1. day2 went almost well, a lake, another view point, a speed boating and finally some place called kurva island. went decent. let me put up few pics along. enjoyyy
Yedakkal caves:

Pookot lake:

Kuruva Island:

and a lot more like this. total of 4 cams, showed all the photography skills that we possess, around 3GB photographs. superb time!
totally it was an adventurous one! enjoyed really. 2 days with 'v' & other friends. awesome time. we were playing dumb charades althrough in the car and room. was real fun!
end of the day it was worth spendin time and cash! was dead tired and there felt the happiness!
would love to go on more like this :)

Courageous.....thup

"Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage."
mine is shrinking now..
add "after" before every point
1. working on a never ending project, call it a huge learning experience
2. listening to a set of same 300 songs around 100 times a day,
3. walk for about 4 km, for a change not in the morning or evening, but during this time 10AM-1AM, between my cube and my lead's.
4. doing approx 10:1 night outs
5. getting out of this no-onsite frustrations,
6. being in this prolonged wait-gonna-continue-till-june
i've grown kinda courageous.. courageous enough to lose my mobile, ya may sound like no big deal! fate of this cute, greyish 2600, with only 2rs balance in it has got over around 11:30AM IST today! but i dont afford losing it at any point of time. so..
1. no more hutch care/postpaid/credit card request calls
2. no more messaging till mid night and falling asleep in between a hot conversation, ending up in irritating the other person more
3. no need to be conscious in malls/any crowded places that case
4. no need to carry a hand bag while wearing a salwar
5. no need to check for missed call/message in an infinitely longer interval of 2 minutes
6. no problem of mid night buggers
planning to stay without a mobile for next 6 months atleast, atmost 6 yrs!
killer is "Mr.Angry".. i was angry, angry like mad. i couldn't hit myself or him, i was hitting the poor mobile. threw it down twice in full anger, both the times it shattered into pieces! Third time threw it and walked off, just in 2 minutes i went back to take it, but couldn't find it. searched, searched for around 3 continuous hours. there were only 2 females in that place when i was fighting, in just a single moment i'm not able to believe how can somebody jump in there and flick it! i'm so depressed thinking of it!
like what this Chinese Proverb says, "If you are patient in one moment of anger, you will escape a hundred days of sorrow".. i'm caught in this 100 days of sorrow now!
what do i think of myself i don't know. anger killing me spoiling my life. shit, get the hell out of it!
need to realize this "If we practice and eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth, soon the whole world will be blind and toothless"
causes of anger are reasonable. but whatever it may be, one moment of silence and patience is all needed. else unfit to live a human life!! Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we're here we should dance!
in the middle of all these commotions, a good thing to get a relief! promotion.. for this 2 yrs of life/death thing!!
nopz.. next month increment... definitely not on a new mobile purchase!!

Sometimes it comes back to us!!

This is a forward which I got over the mail. when analyzed with one's philosophical skills, there's a lot of meaning that can be imbibed in different aspects.
Read through and find my analysis at the end.

At the 1994 annual awards dinner given for Forensic Science, AAFS

President Dr Don Harper Mills astounded his audience with the legal complications of a bizarre death.

Here is the Case:
On March 23, 1994 the medical examiner viewed the body of Ronald Opus and concluded that he died from a shotgun wound to the head. Mr. Opus had jumped from the top of a ten-story building intending to commit suicide. He left a note to the effect indicating his despondency. As he fell past the ninth floor his life was interrupted by a shotgun blast passing through a window, which killed him instantly. Neither the shooter nor the deceased was aware that a safety net had been installed just below the eighth floor level to protect some building workers and that Ronald Opus would not have been able to complete his suicide the way he had planned.

"Ordinarily, " Dr Mills continued, "A person, who sets out to commit suicide and ultimately succeeds, even though the mechanism might not be what he intended, is still defined as committing suicide." That Mr. Opus was shot on the way to certain death, but probably would not have been successful because of the safety net, caused the medical examiner to feel that he had a homicide on his hands.

In the room on the ninth floor, where the shotgun blast emanated, was occupied by an elderly man and his wife. They were arguing vigorously and he was threatening her with a shotgun. The man was so upset that when he pulled the trigger he completely missed his wife and the pellets went through the window striking Mr. Opus. When one intends to kill subject "A" but kills subject "B" in the attempt, one is guilty of the murder of subject "B".

When confronted with the murder charge the old man and his wife were both adamant and both said that they thought the shotgun was unloaded. The old man said it was a long-standing habit to threaten his wife with the unloaded shotgun. He had no intention to murder her. Therefore the killing of Mr. Opus appeared to be an accident; that is, if the gun had been accidentally loaded. The continuing investigation turned up a witness who saw the old couple's son loading the shotgun about six weeks prior to the fatal accident.

It transpired that the old lady had cut off her son's financial support and the son, knowing the propensity of his father to use the shotgun threateningly, loaded the gun with the expectation that his father would shoot his mother. Since the loader of the gun was aware of this, he was guilty of the murder even though he didn't actually pull the trigger. The case now becomes one of murder on the part of the son for the death of Ronald Opus.

Now comes the exquisite twist. Further investigation revealed that the son was, in fact, Ronald Opus. He had become increasingly despondent over the failure of his attempt to engineer his mother's murder. This led him to jump off the ten-story building on March 23rd, only to be killed by a shotgun blast passing through the ninth story window. The son had actually murdered himself, so the medical examiner closed the case as a suicide.

Analysis:
There're three things involved here.
1) The power of Almighty - your conscience!
Opus wanted to kill his mom. But it came back to him. As a son, if he had realized his responsibilities and obeyed his mom's words, he never could've come under such situation that he got to think of committing suicide. Though there were safety nets installed, he couldn't escape. so, one should pay for the cunningness that he carries inside before/during his death. There comes God judgment for all the good/bad things you've done in your life.
2) Who deserves the punishment?
Who can be the killer!?
Is it Opus' father that he shot knowingly/unknowingly, nobody can take a chance of killing someone, though unknowingly for which you carry no rights too (a lawyer can explain you this better) or
is it Opus himself (the reason being explained in the 1st point)
or is it his mom who cut the tips for him, who made the son think of crooked things. if at all she would've carefully watched his son after that atleast, she could've prevented Opus from doing it or rather his life!!??
or is it all three of them who is responsible in 1 way or the other for the ultimate happening!?
3) Can you play safe althrough!?
Whatever/However bad you've been in your life, if you play safe in all the steps you take, you can really escape from the bad things. Is it.. cuz if this is not the case there're too many souls walking around this place who need to be killed on the spot!

All three factors sound fair enough. Coming to a conclusion -- God knows! So the 1st point:)

kit kat

have a break.. have a kit kat!
ya.. was eatin kit kat all month long aft feb 1st :p u think of me silly!! no comments!!!

gone with the wind is the frequency of me blogging! as often as this roomie of mine washing her clothes.. ya my room stinks sometimes too :x
three significant things to write about.
doing some meaningful work
Valentine's day
(best)friend's wedding :)

so.. work now is kinda ok. got to know even my company does some amount of meaningful work other than just giving ads in paper and attracting people emotionally and do something internally for employee retention! but its again cat on the wall. cuz this project goes till other 3-4 months max.

Valentine's day.. some great resolutions and realizations!
this another assami here says (from his nose)'in my lo(u)ve(u) naaaa.. there wouldnt beeee any s(hhh)acrifice from both the ends'.. i smile (n think inside.. oh poor chap, no wonder u yet to have a girl friend!!)
so this is the resolution: come what may, adjust n move on..
now i have a serious problem here. when on a fight with him,

1) i should not keep quiet
he says: spk somethin, dont make me more mad keepin quiet. i think inside "areyy, i know na, that u've reached this never-reachable-heights of madness already :p"
2) i should not talk back
wth (so 'wth' is 'what the hell'; cuz even i was this innocent girl before not knowin all these bad words:D) anyways so, he says 'wth, why do you 'speak' like this!!'
3) i should not defend myself
says how selfish you're; dunno what is really expected.. so u ll go on & on about me (of course all bad things) and i'm like this buddha 'that's life my son'.
4) i should not get angry
says oh God, I'm really scared where you'll kill me 1 day!!! i say 'ya.. u torture me like this and i'll really kill you 1 day'
5) i should not cry
do you know anything other than crying!!!?? (when u cry, guys cry too)
6) i should not even laugh
are you crazy!!?? how can someone ever laugh like this when in this case. i think its even more funny n laugh ROFL... hehehh

if there're any experts out there on this topic, plz pen down some suggestions. so that i can try out even that on next fights and get back with the impacts :D
the amount i confuse myself is more than this 419tmc of cauvery water to tamilnadu..
(what a major observation these people here have, i wonder why just the figure matters. fine i'll stop here. i wont blog on politics. anyways thats an utter $hit to me..)
so important thing is with few of my friends went out on Val's day to a restraunt. had good non-veg food. and got a major bulb. the conversation went like this: (only the traditional bulb-givers can understand this joke; others plz dont try it)
will sound better in tamil (wil write the eng version too)
friend: tamilnadu-ku bus odlayam (no buses running bet'n tamilnadu n karnataka)
me: tamilnadu-ku bus odlaya!!!!!!??????? (no buses running!!??)
friend: (before i shut my mouth) indra gandhi sethutaangla!!!??? (indragandhi died)
me: :p :p

(Best) friend's wedding
naahhh not the movie.. not my best friend also. but good friends, infact colleagues (plural cuz both the guy and the girl) ya its a love marriage, how happy they were! wow.. caught up with few old colleagues there, was fun meeting them. best part was wishing the couple. when you wish somebody from deep inside the heart, only good for them. how good it feels inside! thats a real awesome feeling ya.

in between over the weekends got to catch up with few friends whom i've just been knowing from months but not gone out with before. its nice meeting people once in a while and being in touch.. that entire day went good. attended a party at would-be in-law's place(heheh no comments again) nice people!

also my someone feels i'm getting kinda dumber these days and thinks that i really dont know to talk over chat and i only say "nthng to say" da; "wt for me" da; "avlo thaan da"; "mm ya" da. and frankly speaking i'm really poor in making a conversation over chat! :(
i dont know why, my mind tends to think in different ways over a single context. may be this is how innovation begins!! :D

there are people who promise 'something' but come back and repeat the same 'something'... cant help. hope i'm not gonna be a dead meat :)

ridiculous!

this is one of a major problem that we come across in this internet world these days.
i was kind of surprised once when 'v' asked me whoz this 'x' friend of yours as to how he got to know 'x'. 'x' was a childhood classmate of mine, after years i got to meet 'x' in this site called ringo. this site is somewhat similar to yahoo photos/flicker, ie., it is dedicated to upload photographs.
the process as far as i know went like this: if somebody wants to view your album, they need to add you and after your approval, they will be able to view your album. but several times I've been stunned that if i goto one of my friend's album and i was able to access some of his friend 's(who is not a friend of mine) album. i did not take it that big a deal in the beginning.
but when i dug how 'v' got to know 'x', i was truly shocked, yet a lil surprised. cuz i dunno what hit 'v's' brain that day, 'v' had given a google search for my name and the first result was the link to ringo with several photographs of mine and a person who accesses this link was able to view clearly all the photographs in my album or anyone's that case!
i had deleted my ringo account after this, but another shocking thing is my photos were copied to 'x's album and wen i approached 'x' on this, 'x' was not sure as to how those pics of mine had reached his album!
annoying...!
